Located at the foot of Mount Banoy, the small Talumpok Proper Elementary School is far from the Batangas City's noise and pollution. It is covered by several trees and the normal day for the students and teachers would be one filled with a cool breeze. Unfortunately, because the school of 400 students is far from the city proper of Batangas, donations and assistance from different institutions rarely reach them.

On one of the walls of Cubao Elementary School, the vision of the school is posted on a blackboard using cut-out letters of pink and yellow paper and it says: “Haven of Quality Education.”
